Yes there is a fuse for the ACC control unit:
fuse no.20 15 AMP however it also supplies the interior lighting and fog light. Are they out too?
There is no connection between the 100 degree outside to damage the unit in the car. Could be the A/C fan fuse blew and that's why the control is not working. Check fuse no.1 (40 AMP) for Radiator fan-high speed and fuse no.6 (10 AMP) for the A/C and also RELAY no.10 for the A/C-compressor all 3 are in the fuse box under the hood.
Could be the ACC "froze" electrically - disconnect the battery for 10 minutes and try again. If it still does not come on, the dealer can check it with the Tech 2 and program it again (if it's really not burnt out).
And if it does, try on eBay. I once got an ACC unit for a SAAB 9000 for $40. Actually there's one on ebay now for $85.
