ocassional uneven and low rpm idling

About 10% of the time my car will idle rough - rpms drop and engine surges a bit - no hesistation when I accelerate, but I can feel the same slight uneveness at advanced throttle when this is happening, but then it will suddenly disappear.
I recently replaced the throtte body with a reman as the car was going into limp home mode and setting 1230 and 1260 OBDII codes and stalling occasionally. with the new throttle body no limp home or stalls, just the occasional surging and drop in rpms at idle.
So I've done:
checked plugs - good
tried techron - no change - 1st time I ever used this stuff, not a believer
swapped MAF with 2004 ARC - no differnce
checked whatever vacuum lines I could and did not find any leaks
Car is a 1999 9-5 I4, auto with 110,000 miles. Gas milage is good and runs fine except for the occasional uneven idle - with the AC on it almost feels like it is about to stall.
This never happens when engine is cold, but occurs when partially or fully warm. I'm thinking vacuum leak somewhere - but since it only happens about 10% of the time how can I troubleshoot. At one stoplight car with idle perfectly, but at the next one it may idle roughly.
I'm stumped - any suggestions, could it be the reman throttle body ? thanks
