That sounds crazy. I know if I were you that I would have needed a new pair of shorts after that happened. What I don't understand is how it could be running perfectly after something like that happens. I don't know what to tell you, other than not to go too far from home for a little while... Maybe try to replicate it where you went. Stop the car for a little while for lunch, then pull out slowly. Although people who are regulars where you go for lunch might duck and cover from now on whenever they see a Saab. Good luck and let us know if you find anything out. Sorry I can't be more help, see what others say.
