Go ahead and get the codes read theys should still be stored. Its premature to guess BUT if the plugs are ok and gapped correctly I'd suspect the TB might be the problem. Go ahead and clean the TB, run a large bottle to techron and see if that helps. Cleaning the TB occasionally has helped several times with rough idle problems for me. I did have a MAF issue at one time but it manisfested itself in relation to a low boost problem. Ref the IDM you may want to clean the electrical contacts and check for discoloration, cracks, and make sure the springs are seating correctly
