I think I know hat your refering to ....follow the hose from the PVC beyond the check valve (white plastic) and make sure its attached to the inlet on the throttle body...The PVC fix replaces that hose and I think that with the outflow from the PVC that vac line gets very greasy and may slip off the nipple. On the front of the TByou'll see two larger coolant lines and below that a smaller brass nipple. That should be holding the vac line coming from the PVC lines. DK how long mine was off but it manifested itself in the car "whistling" under acceleration. I replaced that hose with a slightly smaller diameter hose and it has not come off
