HELP - Saab tested and still won't start!!

I have had my 2001 9-5 2.3 5 speed manual for 347 days. After the 5th day, the alternator fried. Had the car towed in and the battery and alternator replaced...all on Saab's dime. One week ago the car wouldn't start again...click, click, click!!! Got the car back to the dealer who tested the alternator...charging properly. Once the battery was charged it tested fine, too. They tested everything else and they were good as well. Finally the next morning they were able to determine that a cell in the battery was no good. The battery was replaced (on their dime again) and home I went. This morning...click, click, click!!!! The clicking sounds to be coming from behind the dash as opposed to the alternator area. Before I take it all the way back to the dealer (26 miles each way) and find out it is my problem and not theirs, what is likely causing this??
