Yep if you are reasonably proficient with hand tools this is about an hour long job.

Basically when the car is cool you need to remove that heat shield located at the front of the motor on top of the turbocharger. There are three (iirc) bolts that hold it in place and you can then set the shield aside and look down into the front of the engine compartment at the turbo, the downpipe, the cats and the oxygen sensor.

Basically the CPS is located directly behind the oxygen sensor mounted to the front drivers' side of the block and it is covered in a small metal shield... it also has a small wiring harness that you will ultimately need to detach from a cluster of plugs located at the top of the motor towards the rear driver's side. If you reach down carefully with your hand to the CPS you will find that it is held to the block with one bolt that is relatively difficult to see and feel.. but once you get onto it the process of removing it and replacing it with the new one is pretty straightforward.

From there you need to trace the harness of the old one back to that connector block that I mentioned before, disconnect the old, feed the wiring from the new one back in its' place and mount the new sensor and tighten it down. It isn't very difficult but there is one trick; the bolt that holds the CPS into the block is either a small torx or a starpoint... I cannot remember which one but some research on it here would tell you what it is.
