Lease return experience and cost in Canada

I will be returning my 2001 Aero shortly. I am wondering what I should get fixed if anything before returning the car. Is it cheaper to get it fixed before returning the car or let the dealer deduct the cost of from the security deposit. How much can I expect to be charged for these issues by the dealer. I don't intend to lease another car from the dealer.
The car has these problems:
1) Alarm module disconnected due to failed batteries
2) A lot of pixels missing in the OBC
3) Several bigger dents; one in the rear door, 1-2 in the rear bumper
4) Small oil leak
