It was time for an oil change so I decided to use that as an excuse to check out the new location for SAAB Nashua north in Bedford, NH. It was a completely different experience, they are now part of the Accent Auto Group and it was like getting your SAAB serviced at a Chevy dealership. The quality of the customer service was not was not what I was accustomed to. It was very impersonal, they did the oil change but no mention of any further inspection of the car like they used to do. Furthermore, I was quite shocked to see that the price of an oil change is now $50!

It is too bad because I really enjoyed the service I was getting at their former location. I was wondering if anyone else has been to the new location and has a similar experience.
