And change it every 5k miles or so.
Mobil is a Grp III synthetic. Whatever that means. Supposed to be not as good as PAO synthetics. Whatever that means.
If you want to drive yourself crazy worrying about oil go read the forums at bobistheoilguy.
I use Esso XD3 0W-30 year round. Not ACEA A3/B3 as it is mainly a commercial/agricultural oil, high in ZDDP so probably hard on my catalytic converter, but PAO based, cheap, and highly recommended by the trolls at bob's.
Also nearly thick enough at operating temps to be considered a 40 rather than a 30.
