If you install 100-150W bulbs you will definitely get more light. However, the heat generated may have unwelcome effects. I once melted the socket on a headlight by using 120W H4 bulbs...it seemed like such a clever idea.
You could get the Hella H500 and install a conversion kit to utilize xenon HID lights. These will double or triple the amount of light produced and!!!....use only half the wattage (35W). As an added bonus, the life of a xenon bulb is a whole lot better than an incandescent bulb.
