Since the mandated oil changes are at 15K and 30K, only those are strictly warranty work. The IRIS report only shows work done on the car to fulfill the conditions of the warranty, so ordinarily those are the only ones that will show for that interval.
There's nothing to prevent the owner from having the extra changes done, but even if they were done at the Saab dealer, they won't show on the IRIS. The Saab dealer would, of course, have the work listed on his repair history for the car, but that's not what an IRIS report is designed to show.
Oddly enough, those "Roadside repair not covered under warranty" items DO show on the IRIS, even though they're not covered by the warranty. Go figure.
