I returned my 2005 Arc wagon to Saab Financial Services in October. It was more than 12,000 under the maximum allowed mileage.
They charged me for two tires at $120 each (I think the Arc had Pirelli P6's) floor mats, and broken trim in the side of the driver's seat.
My two front tires were worn below the minimum. I checked with Tire Rack and the $120 price seemed quite fair.
I complained to them about the charges for the floor mats and the broken seat part. The floor mats were beige, and showed dirt easily. Yes, they looked dirty, but argued that the dirty floor mats were normal wear and tear. I pointed out that there were no spills, cigarette burns, etc. -- just dirt. They took off the charge for the mats. As for the broken seat part, I argued that Saab would fix that under warranty (a similar part broke on my prior 9-3, and Saab replaced it under warranty) and they agreed to drop that charge as well.
Bottom line: they just charged me for two tires $240) plus tax.
If Saab is still replacing tires on your car under the special campaign, you might be able to get Saab Financial Services to drop the charge.
As for the disposition fee, my understanding is that most Saab (and other?) leases have such a fee. The fee is waived if you lease another Saab (and, now, I think it is also waived if you lease any new GM car.) Since I leased another Saab, I didn't have to pay the fee.
