It all comes down to what the specific Saab dealer and Saab USA wants to do with it.

Legally here in US, they can't deny a claim if you have a GOOD (read perfect) paper trail as far as writing in the maintenance book and have ALL receipts saved from ALL oil changes and that proper filter and oil has been used.

But boy, you are all in the hands of that specific dealer and how good relationship you have with them.
