If you can smell it in the car it could be a problem in the trunk there is a service letter about loose lines coming from the pump It is a SAAB SB recall they add a clamp and a bracket some where close to the tank I think it is on the return vapor line. I doubt If you can smell fuel from the engine bay unless you really have a leak and then you should see it. park your car with engine off in a garage and turn on the switch see if you can find a leak or smell better where the smell is coming from The coolant switch in the reservoir could be bad try rattling your cap to see if th flaot is well
