an overflowing radiator and overly pressurized cooling system is rarely good news. creamy brown in the reservoir and a flickering oil light adds to the concern. it all surely points to blown head gasket (although blown headgasket is rare in the v6)
But, it could be a botched oil cooler job: oil leaking into the coolant, causing it to overflow, and causing you to loose oil volume, thus lower oil pressure. With luck thats the case and it can be repaired under warranty.
If you are not sure, get a kit at Autozone, NAPA etc. to test for the presence of combustion gases in the coolant. This will confirm or deny a blown head gasket.
