The only fuel leak item I am aware of is the nylon locking clips on the fuel supply and return lines at the pump tend to break off with age. The lines then loosen slightly and leak fuel from the top side of the tank. The solution from Saab is to add a bolt-on metal clip to securely hold the lines in place. This clip costs $3.40 IIRC.
Lift the back seat's lower cushion, flip the die-cut carpet circle out of the way, pry off the circular metal plate covering the fuel pump, bolt/screw the new metal clip in place, replace all parts above.
I haven't done this myself but I believe it is this simple. An Indy or Dealer may bill 30 minutes labor to do this.
