I've seen this problem. It's caused by a short in the base of one of the bulbs that are lit. Some of the bulbs you mentioned have two filaments and two buttons on the base. This is not the case with the side turn signal bulb.
Remove either the front turn signal bulb or the rear turn signal bulb. If the remaining bulbs go out you're holding the cause of the problem. Look at the base of the bulb; repair or replace.
