Springs do last. After 280K miles on my 2000 9-5 the original springs were still good.
Spring condition is usually based upon ride height with the car on level ground unloaded. Unless something is really off, I'd leave them alone. If you find that you need to replace a front or rear spring that should be done in pairs.
A dealer is the last place you want to shop for springs....it'll really cost you. Instead, contact Goldwing for a used pair.
I've always used Koni shocks and struts, but they're more than twice the price you're looking at.price
