Split the work with an indy

Most of the stuff you have to do is very easy. I don't have the manual to our 9-5 in front of me, but if you skipped the main 60K stuff you are looking at:
Spark plugs
Air filter
Cabin filter
Fuel filer
Oil & filter
Serp belt and all pulleys and tensioners
With the exception of the serp belt work, you can do this in your driveway in a couple of hours. Maybe 3 if you are being very cautious and work slowly. If you ask here there are procedures for all and people will help. My procedure for the cabin filer is on the link below.
If I were you, I'd buy the parts from eEuroparts and do the easy stuff, then have a Saab indy do the rest--but be sure to tell him what you've done. You can even use a dealer if you have to. I took ours' in for the 60K and had done most of the stuff and they just charged for the other work. Saved a couple hundred.
All of the stuff above is easy. The fuel filter is just annoying to do and you have to make sure the arrow on the filter is pointing the right way. The cabin filter is a bit awkward, but not hard. Air filter needs you to elevate the right corner. Just work carefully, follow any written directions and double check your work.
