I own an Aero wagon and find the ride to be relatively smooth, and especially lacking in "harshness", which seems to be your complaint. I *did* once receive an Aero sedan loaner (same year as my Wagon) and thought that maybe the sedan seemed a little rouigher, but that was long ago.
Have the suspension looked at again. A worn sway bar link or other loose part can give the impression of harshness even when none really exists. 37psi is not excessive.
