My 2001 V6 does this every once in a while but yesterday it was huge. Accelerating from a stop light I pretty much gave it all it had till I got to about 45, a little over the speed limit. Then I let of the gas entirely. I got two incredibly huge bucks after letting off. It seems to happen right when it's trying to shift up and I let off the gas at just the right time. Normally the transmission shifts very smoothly, and it does have new ATF fluid. I know my PCV is plugged up entirely, and that's getting fixed this week, but I'm not sure if that would lead to this problem.
