The only problem I am having is the valve is totally dry every time I inspect it, even after the car has leaked coolant on the ground. It looks like it is coming from that area, but I have put my hands and eyes on it both from above and below and have never seen (or felt) so much as a drop of coolant on the valve itself. I am in Phoenix and it has just gotten hot and now I am seeing coolant on the ground after the car heats up and the A/C is cranking so it has to be that. However, being an A/P mechanic for over 25 years, I have a hard time replacing something that isn't showing evidence of leaking. I am going to bite the bullet and order the valve and replace it. I'll let you know if it fixes my leak.
