Child Seat Tether

Just got a 9-5 wagon, and am putting a more permanent child seat in the back seat and will be rear facing for the next 6 months. A tether was supplied that goes from the top of the child seat to an anchor point underneath either front seat. As the manual explains, "the anchor point is color coded for ease of installation".
Where the hell do I anchor this thing? Any colors I see are on the seat frame, and would therefore not work, as anytime the seat was adjusted the tether would either be too tight, or too loose.
Help!
