At that mileage I would definitely suggest replacing the rear hydraulic bushing on your front control arms. I just had that done two days ago and it really made the steering feel and stability much better. I have 109,000 miles so I assume with almost 180K these must be shot. Even riding over sharp bumps is less harsh now with the new bushings. I still have the original struts, but changed the rear shocks to bilstein HDs a while back. I plan on replacing the struts soon since I also notice a lot of body roll on my v6. Another suspension part to look for is the swaybar links. If these get worn they clunk and also cause the sway bar to be less effective. When you do the struts, make sure you replace the strut mounts and bearings, since at your mileage they are most likely worn as well. If you need some suggestions for struts, let me know, I've been researching a lot of brands!
