I did something really stupid yesterday, your thoughts

I have a 9-5 Sedan with a rear (trunk) spoiler. I noticed a hairline crack in it a few weeks ago. Yesterday I decided to take the spoiler down to "fix it". The spoiler was held by 4 screws on the inside of the trunk lid, the screws has noticeable rust and I wanted to take the oportunity to change them as well. The two screws on the passenger's side snapped, leaving the threated part inside the spoiler; one of the driver's side (side with the crack) came off entirely and the other one was spining and not coming off. I finally had to snap the head out of that one (at this point my spoiler was hanging by one screw and had to be taken down)
So, here is my problem, I have two threaded pieces that are not coming off, even using vice grips, one piece that's spining inside the spoiler where the crack is, and only ONE that would receive a new screw.
-Am I screwed?? do I need to suck it up and get a new spoiler?
-Where would be the best place to get a used one?
-If I was to decide against a new spoiler, how can I cover the four holes in the trunk lid? suggestions?
-Do you know of anyone that could potentially save my spoiler?
-Is there a way to install that spoiler without screws? some sort of superglue that would hold it attached to the trunk? should I use a different screw and make new holes?
I am lost here and need some help, my wife will probably kill me for this (if I don't get it fix)
