Ok, so you know where the PCV check valve is because you checked that. Find the hose that runs from the check valve to the PCV oil separator box on the back of the engine. Unplug the hose from the check valve and try to blow through it. I definitely would not recommend trying to suck air through it, it will surely not taste so good. You should be able to blow through. If you can't, unplug the hose you're blowing through from the back of the engine. Run a pipe cleaner through that nipple. I just had my PCV box replaced and there was no way in hell anything was going to get through that hole with all the oil gunk that was in it. Let me know if the hole is plugged. Other than that I don't know what could be going on.

I know a while back on a different Saab forum there was a V6 "expert" who actually worked in the plant where they were made. He was talking about something going wrong with the oil pressure sender something or other that made the oil pressure really high and forced all sorts of oil passed the turbo seals. The right way to fix it was to tear down the engine and replace some stupid little screw, or somehow restricting the oil flow through the oil filter. Sounds pretty dangerous to me. But I don't know, I never hear about this on this forum so who knows. I'm just throwing it out there. Good luck!
