On the higher settings the fan is loud, sort of a buzzing noise (not electrical buzzing, mechanical) and I can actually feel vibrations from it in the brake pedal. It's worse on recirculate and upper vent but it's there no matter what the vent or temp setting. The dealer replaced the fan motor right before I got the car so it's unlikely it's the motor itself. Since tomorrow I am replacing the windshield wiper motor and it looks like that's half the job to getting at the fan motor I'm thinking about pulling the fan and then....then that's where the board comes in...is there anything to look for or check while I'm there? Or, given that it's not the motor, is this an unnecessary goose chase? Thanks!
