Monday morning key fob was working to open the trunk for the 03 9-5 ARC. A short time later that day neither the key fob or pushing in on the trunk release button on the driver door would work to allow the trunk to open.
Also, upon pushing the trunk button on the fob, (to release the trunk latch), the lights would flash and horn would beep, similar to or the same as when pushing the door lock button on the fob. This is very interesting.
Has anyone ever experienced this situation before and how do you get into the trunk in the meantime?
Thank you for your help.
