Remove the pulleys by starting at the easy one, the small idler, then the tensioner, then the center idler. Most people shorten the short leg of an 8mm Allen Wrench to make it easier to remove the tensioner body, but it is possible to do it with an unmodified Allen wrench (I've done it twice).

The only trick I know for the center idler is Wray's method:

1) Cover the subframe with old towels or rags to prevent the inside washer from falling into a frame opening when it falls off the engine boss. (it will fall!)

2) Using two peices of duct tape in a criss-cross pattern, secure the outside washer and bolt into position position in the bore of the pulley. You can wrap the tape onto the outside edge of the pulley, but DO NOT wrap it over onto the back side of the pulley. Double over the ends of each leg of the tape to create pull tabs for yourself.

3) Place the inside washer on the boss, then position the taped together pulley/bolt at teh end of the boss. You will not be able to see what you are doing, so a lot of this is by feel and by guess.

4) Using the taped together bolt/pulley as a crude hand-wheel, start threading the bolt into the boss. This took me 30 minutes the first time I did it 3 to 4 years ago, 5-10 minutes today, but I almost got it on the very first try!

5) Continue threading the bolt into place using your crude hand-wheel until the bolt head breaks free from the tape. Use a pair of needle nose pliers and your pull tabs to remove the duct tape from the pulley, then snug the bolt all the way using a 13mm wrench.

Enjoy!
