Here in Sweden, normal grade is 95, and at many stations that's all they have.
The manual for my 2005 Aero recommends 98, but iirc says it's OK down to 92.
I use 98 when I can get it.
Haven't done any calculations yet, but my father reckons he gets more mpg using 98 than 95 on his BMW.
