Not to alarm you...passenger side reddish fluid could possibly be coolant dripping from your waterpump weep hole....
The moaning/mooing from your ac unit is very likely the expansion valve....the performance of the a/c was not a problem, it just moaned/mooed when the engine was turned off....I had a 2002 AERO at one time, which had this issue from day one....a new expansion valve (under warranty) cured the moans....
