Have you tried letting the engine warm up with the ACC off and see if it still leaks? If it doesn't I would try to drive it to get repaired. Carry a bottle of water just in case. Expect to pay between $300-400 at the dealer for the repair.
I just recently replaced my heater by-pass valve myself (2004 Aero wagon) and it wasn't that hard. I ordered my part from a board sponsor - eeuroparts.com. You will have to wait a few days for the part to arrive. I was very satisfied with the price and quick shipping. I suppose you could pick up the part at a Saab dealer but expect to pay more. On the other hand you will be able to replace the part right away. Good luck.
