We had to find another CPO 9-5 wagon last December, following the demise of our previous 9-5 wagon, courtesy of a drunk driver.
I first checked the Saab CPO site, as I had found my '01 9-5 Aero CPO there a few years ago. Prices are VERY high, and there is a lot of variation by geographical area. When I bought my Aero, (90 miles away, of all things...) it was listed a couple of thousand higher than what I eventually paid. So, YMMV as far as Saab's "official" listings are concerned. A used car is ALWAYS subject to price negotiation.
eBay, especially if you know how to deal with Iris reports and such. Not everyone is comfortable doing a transaction like this. Our original 2000 wagon was an eBay purchase with remaining original factory warranty. Turned out to be a superior used car in every way.
We found our current 2004 CPO Arc wagon via Auto Trader listings. These listings change from day to day, so you have to keep checking back. Found the wagon at a Saab dealer outside Boston (we are in NY State) and essentially got them to take $$ off the asking price AND to throw in a CPO at no additional cost. I guess late December is a good time to buy a Saab... The salesman was OK, but was totally incompetent at arranging shipping of the car to us. (Had to do that task myself, no big deal, really.)
Whatever, even a CPO vehicle may vary in quality and appearance quite a bit. I'd get the Iris report on ANY used Saab before considering a purchase. I like to see all scheduled maintenance, including oil changes, routine repairs (light bulbs and small stuff) and very little else. It's also useful to see WHERE warranty work was done: all at the same dealer? All over the country? Etc.
Good luck!
