Well,my car is CPO and yes, the cup holder broke. I asked the Dealer about replacing it and they said it was a lot of work because the dash facia has to come off. NO WAY was I going to let them replace it. I ordered a mint cup holder off Ebay and installed it myself. No bi deal following posts here. Removed the radio, SID, and ACC. Pulled the enclosure and removed the torx screws from the back of the cup holder. Anyway, doing it myself, the wood facia didn't have to be disturbed, I was also able to adjust the cup holder for an equal gap around its perimeter and I also insulated the seams on the cup holder with caulk before installing it to prevent rattles. There's a buch of stuff on my SAAB the Dealer has yet to fix and CPO is out in 1.5 weeks! Might be time for me to sell/trade.
