I'm thinking about trying a Seafoam treatment in my 9-5 to see if it will smooth the idle a bit and maybe help the hiccup it has every time I start it cold in the morning. I bought a can of it this evening. Planning on putting a third in the gas tank, a third in the oil, and suck the last third into the throttle body. I'm a little nervous to put it in the oil. But I've seen quite a few people talking about it online. Also, how should I suck it into the TB? There's an extra vacuum nipple that just has a cap on it. Can I uncap it and stick some vacuum line onto it and let it suck it through? If you think this is a totally stupid idea and you think it might do more harm than good, please say so, haha. Thanks in advance.
