because whoever read it (unless it's a dealer) will get an explanation that makes little sense. Mine came up 1312, with a statement that had to with a short to a spark plug, or something like that. On this board, everyone said it wasd the DIC (it was inermittent like yours) I oredered one from eeuroparts, I put it in in 10 minutes, and it's fixed. Last time I got the light, the car would not hold idle (kept stalling). Took it to the dealer, they diagnosed throttle body. That cost me about $700 inc an overcharge for the part. (I don't know that code, buit you don't have that symptom).
Next if you don't fix it is it will stay on. If it starts to blink that's a cylinder misfire and if you don't fix that it will fry the catalytic converter, big bucks.
