Bought 215/45 R 17 toyo snow tires with the 3 spoke aero rims to replace my all season 215/55 R 16 micelins on my base 2.3LPT. New tires have visibly smaller diameter. Dealer says they are compatible. Miata tire calculator states new tires are off by 2.7%. That is speedometer reads 60 mph but you're actually going 58.4 mph. Is this acceptable?
I guess said in another way can you put stock aero wheels on a regular base 2.3lpt without major probs with speedometer/odometer?
Thanks
