A lot of auto parts places, such as AutoZone and the like, will read codes for free.
The code P1925 is caused by loss of communication between the ECU and ABS module, and is a strong indicator that your ABS controller needs repair. The generic AutoZone code readers will probably not have a definition for this code.
Your car is acting the same as mine did in May/June of this year. A rebuld by bba-reman eliminated the problems.
The $200 bba controller rebuild is a great cost saver over the $2,400+ ABS system replacement by a Dealer, but if your car has a different problem the $200 could still be wasted money.
