Brake booster and un-even pad wear observations

This weekend I replaced my leaky brake booster on our 2000 lpt wagon. The brake pedal lost boost after one push and the brakes felt weak. The brake booster or servo per the WIS is fairly easy to remove and replace even if you remove the lines to the master cylinder.
My booster was filled with at least 6 - 10oz of engine oil, maybe more that’s what went on my garage floor when I turned it over. I'm not sure if there is a check valve in the engine driven vacuum pump, but if there is, mine failed allowing the booster to back fill with the oil in the vac pump. I bought new vac line assembly from the dealer and noticed the new assembly has check valves on both lines. My old line did not have a check valve on the vac pump side. Does anyone know if a TSB was issued to correct the brake servo from sucking the oil out of the vac pump?
I went for a test drive expecting to have strong brakes, but I didn't. I took the front caliper off, and the outboard pad had .75” of pad, but the inboard was to the backing plate and the rotor was badly worn. Guide pins were clean. What gives??? The caliper moves freely but only the inboard pad is clamping on the wheel is there a known issue with the caliper sticking? I will clean everything, re-lube the guide pins up tonight and replace pads and rotors. Any ideas on my issue?
