Tensioner and pulleys: yes, definitely. Water pump: a good idea while they are in there.
The Saab warranty covers only the belt. If you replace just the belt, you run the risk of a tensioner /pulley failure followed by a belt failure, followed by a $5,000 bill to replace the heads.
This has happened to people here.
$600 is cheap insurance.
