Not a fun job. Some things that worked for me: The center pulley does not have enough space between the 6mm hex bolt and body of car to use a standard hex key. I cut about 5/16 off the key to allow room to fish it down to the bolt. Clearances for all three pulleys are very tight so be prepared for some frustration and skinned knuckles. When putting the new pulleys on I used duct tape to hold the outer washers and bolts in place in the pulleys. So then after I got the pulleys onto the studs I rotated the pulleys clockwise with the tape holding the bolts tight enough so I could get a thread or two and then using needlle nose pliers pulled the tape off. Tightening the bolts after removing the tape was fairly simple. The hard part is holding the outter washers and bolt in place to get the bolt started. This is why I found the duct tape to be so helpful. Quasimotor mentioned removing the inner fender liner to facilitate belt installation and as usual he was right on! Thanks Quasi. Good luck with your bypass valve. Bill
