Here is what I see. Both of the sprockets in the 1-2 cam positions are not stamped with a number and have a single alignment mark on each of them. The sprockets in the 3-4 positions use a different sprocket and they have a "34" stamped on the hub face. Each of these sprockets have the two marks separated approximately .75". I believe that the mark to the left (counter-clockwise)is the alignment mark when the sprocket is attached to the #3 cam and the mark to the right (clockwise) would be the alignment mark when that sprocket is attached to the #4 cam.
