There is no such thing as Aero crank, rods and pistons. The B235 use the same crank, rods and pistons for the E, L and R engines in the 9-5.
Maybe you have looked at the parts diagrams for the 9-3 Viggen model instead of the 9-5 where they actually call the crank, rods and pistons to be for the B235R engine, but that is more due to that the B235 engine only exist in the Viggen and the other 9-3 use the B205 (US spec).
So if you wanna save money, you can pick a crank out of a 94 and up NG900 non turbo engine (B234I) and that is the same crank as the one mounted in a 2008 9-5 with B235L and R engine.
Pistons and rods gets a little bit more complicated since they have gone through different ones in 99 and then 2000-01 and the 01 and up. I can't say if all of them fit backwards and forwards.
