Well, it's been six months since I moved to Göteborg, so I figure I'd give you all an update. My 2000 95 lpt is doing fine and behaving well under the care of my daughter. I am driving a 2008 Volvo V70 Flexi-Fuel wagon while stationed here. I was back in NC for a few weeks in early August. I had the chance to drive my 95. I miss it. It is 8 years older and 150,000 miles more on the odo, but what can I say - I like it more than what I drive now. Sigh...

The job is quite alright here. Have a great apartment with a really cool view. Hint: Don't move here for the weather. Also, the cost of living is at a whole new level here. Grocery bills make grown men cry. Gas is around of 8USD/gal (13SEK/liter). E85 is around 6USD (8.5SEK/liter). But from where I live and work, public transport is the way to go. We've driven a total of 5200 Km in the six months we've been here (mostly out of town weekend trips).

Gotta run. I'll check the posts for a bit and then send in another report from the field down the road.
