I have found that one (at most two) refills seems to be the limit. I'm on the third now and I am getting streaking. I recall reading something about 10 years ago that you should change the blade assembly every year and refill every 6 months. That seems about right. Toward the end of the second refill I got streaking and although it cleared up with the new insert it came back much faster than with prior refills. I don't know if something can be done to make the metal frame work better over the long haul. The joints loosen up.
You need two driver's side inserts from an 04 Civic Si (only the Si and only the driver's side).
