Gorilla Automotive Lug Bolts at Costco??

I sprang for a new complete set of Michelen Primacy MXV4 tires at Costco for my 1999 9-5 several weeks ago. While waiting for the installation, I noticed that there was a Gorilla Automotive display with various bins of lug nuts and bolts. They certainly were nice bright shiny and heavily plated!!! The tire tech said he would check to see if the only cone type lug bolt on display would fit my wheels. I don't believe they did check, so when I stopped by a week later, I pestered another tire tech enough that he gave me one of the bolts for free just to get rid of me!!! He did say that they used them for Saabs and Mercedes. Comparing the new Gorilla wheel bolt to my rusted OEM bolts, I could see that the thread was the same 12 MM, but the bolt length was a little bit longer and the dimension of the tapering cone shoulder was a little less, leaving the bolt deeper in the wheel hole when installed. The Gorilla Automotive website doesn't have a bolt size identified for the Saab 9-5, but a 12 x 1.5 bolt is listed for all Mercedes models.
Anybody got any opinions? At less than $1 each, I believe, they look like a very high quality wheel bolt.
Thanx,
Kirk D.
