...at the junction box for the positive cable. I would think something similar ought to work for a 9-5. If you can remove the remains of the battery and look for a junction block in this car, turn the ignition to run, hook a battery booster or external battery to the negative cable and try hooking the positive alligator to each of the smaller cables in the junction block in turn until you hear the door chime inside the car. Then you should have interior power and be able to move the seat. Much easier than the hand-crank method if you can figure it out!
