Saab does have a procedure to deal with this. It is processed through them like an insurance claim. They take a verbal damage report and get back to you in 48 hours. Much easier than me fighting the tow company.

Just picked up the car after $1,700 in warranty work (not looking forward to no warranty in a few months). It need thousands more but that is another story. It's too dark to fully assess, but the dealer noted a greasy hand print on the A pillar and the spoiler is pretty trashed. The spoiler is completely abraded across the front underside with all the paint cracked due to flexing. I think it needs a new spoiler. I bet the bumper has damage too because of all that flex strain put on the chin spoiler.

I suspect other damage because they were obviously sloppy and it was at the towing lot over the weekend since the dealer was closed. What should I check for? What sort of damage can happen when flat bedding and storing in a lot? The car could not move under its own power and had to be pushed around.
