You probably only need the shocks... however, there is ongoing debate about the rear suspension problems... some people replace the springs because the ride height tends to be falling. Might as well do it at the same time.
Koni FSD shocks seem to be all the rage right now, though the price reflects it. I put Koni Sport shocks in my Aero... looking back, I think it wasn't really worth it. Bilsteins have mixed reviews; one thing for sure is that they tend to be firmer, and not everyone likes that. I think that the Aero shocks are great, but people say they don't last as long... well, one of my Konis failed after less than 15k! (warranty can be a hassle, and I still had to pay extra for shipping). Nobody likes Monroe shocks here, for whatever reason. Bilstein sounds about right for you, if you want something firm.
